Cats Only Staff

We take pride in our staff and the compassion that they have for all our furry patients.

Michelle is our knowledgeable and confident Animal Health Technician (AHT).
With 16 years of experience, including emergency medicine, she adds strength
to our team which is invaluable. When she is not at work, Michelle enjoys spending
time with her own cats as well as her dogs and horses.

Tamara is a trained Veterinary Office Assistant (VOA) and has been with Cats Only
for more than 3 years. She is a true feline lover and has a fondness for Persians...
... all kittens... and Bengals... Tamara shows her dedication to some of our patients
by helping them with their treatments at home. In her spare time, Tamara enjoys 
hockey and currently plays in an adult league.

Kris is also a trained VOA and has been at Cats Only for over three years. She
continues to provide compassionate care for all our feline patients. Kris enjoys all 
species and has a variety of pets at home...including our former resident, Kiki! In
her spare time, she is an avid reader.

Jennifer joined Cats Only in April 2009 from sunny San Diego, California. Her
husband encouraged her to volunteer at a local shelter in 1996. She fell in love
with animals so much that she decided to become a veterinary technician and
completed her training at St.Petersburg College. She has worked in shelters for
12 years throughout the US. She is excited to be in Vancouver and part of the
Cats Only team. Recently, she lost her kitty Hunter, but is lucky to have her cat
Zoe, still running the household.
